  Terrible.. TERRIBLE customer service. Before taking the ride to this location I called to verify they sold a certain item at this store.. after being put on hold I was told "yup We do" by a very unprofessional individual.. I even asked if he was certain before I made the ride. Upon arrival I asked an associate to lead to the aisle the item was located only to be told they did not sell that there.. I asked her if she was sure since I had called and verified.. a manager happened to walk by at this moment, she asked him and he replied with "nope we dont" I told him what had happened and his response was "wow that's crazy" .. what's crazy was his response. I was expecting something along the lines of sorry for the inconvenience or who did you speak with. No apology was made. I will surely never visit here again. Customer service is everything.
