  Good quesadillas, tacos, and Mexican Street corn. Burritos are new and are alright, but nothing to get excited about.

  Bottom line. Abysmally slow apathetic service and mediocre food.
  
  So here's the story of my meal at En Vivo! I'm a poker player, and I realized as I was playing at the poker room in Maryland Live, where En Vivo is located, that I was hungry. I got up from the poker table at 5:50 PM, knowing that I had one hour to eat otherwise I'd lose my seat at the table and my chips would be out of play, which would cause a hassle of having to prove to the floor manager that I was the player who abandoned said chips.
  
  As I briskly walked towards the Arundel Mills Food Court, directly across from the casino, I saw in the corner of my eye the logo of this recently opened Mexican Venue. I walked up and was delighted to see that this was a casual dining restaurant with a counter to walk up to and tables to sit at. I placed my order, 3 tacos, at 5:56 PM (noted on my receipt). I then went back on the casino floor to find the nearest restroom to wash my hands. When I returned approximately 5 minutes later (it was a busy night, and there are lots of people who walk slowly in casinos) I was startled to see a busboy grabbing my receipt and order number "tent" and heading for the garbage can with it! I caught him in the act and salvaged my order tent and receipt.
  
  At 6:11, 15 minutes after my order was placed, I walked up and asked the cashier if I had missed my order. She said "it ain't ready yet" in a careless tone. Fortunately, I noticed that meat was on the grill (which was barren when I placed the order, employees were standing around schmoozing). I continued waiting. At 6:20, the cashier approached my table and asked to see my receipt, which she walked back to the kitchen with. I never got this receipt back.
  
  At 6:24, my food arrived, mostly cold, but we'll flavored and accurately made. The cashier, who brought out the order said "sorry about that". I wolfed down my food, anxious to not lose my seat at the poker table. Fortunately my chips were still there, but another player commented that questions had been asked about my absence.
  
  So that was it. I was $14 poorer, only mildly satieted, and flustered from what was supposed to be a quick bite.
